2. Zakres Zbieranych Danych (Data Collected)

We collect and process only the minimal data required to provide digital workshop inventory & care scheduling:

  • Adres e-mail & Identyfikator konta: Used for account authentication and transactional notifications.
  • Strefy & Podstrefy Posesji: Names of physical property locations (e.g. Terrace, Garage, Oak Rack).
  • Rejestr Drewnostanu & Skrawków: Board dimensions (mm), wood species, and stock quantities.
  • Harmonogramy Konserwacji: Recurring care dates, materials used, and execution history logs.
3. Bezpieczeństwo, Szyfrowanie & RLS (Security & Isolation)

Your data is stored in the Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure following strict enterprise security standards:

Encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) & at rest (AES-256)
Strict tenant isolation via PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS)
With Row-Level Security (RLS) policies enforced at database engine level, no other user or entity can access your private workshop inventory or schedules.
4. Prawa Użytkownika (Your GDPR / RODO Rights)

Under GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccuracies, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To request data export or deletion, contact us at kontakt@zapachdrewna.com.
